Reproduction of Online Materials Policy
From time to time and at its sole discretion, ABCF may grant permission to reproduce sections, stories, articles and/or graphics from the ABCF website (hereafter, "ABCF Material") for offline use. Persons seeking to reproduce ABCF Material for offline use must obtain prior authorization from ABCF as outlined below. If authorization is granted, the user must credit ABCF as specified by ABCF and display the URL from which the ABCF Material was taken on the user's material. Requests to reproduce materials that are not owned by ABCF will not be considered. ABCF expressly reserves the right to deny any request for any or no reason at all.
ABCF does not permit reproduction of ABCF Material for online use by others without written authorization.
Authorization Procedure:
A. For each request to reproduce ABCF Material for online/offline use, a written request must be submitted via email to webmaster@abcfoundation.org.
B. The request shall include:
1. the name of the individual and/or organization
2. the individual's and/or organization's address, telephone number, email address and URL (if any)
3. a description of the proposed use
4. a precise description of the ABCF Material sought to be reproduced and the URL where it is found
5. the number of copies to be produced
C. If the request is approved, as determined in ABCF's sole discretion, ABCF will send written authorization granting permission to reproduce the ABCF Material. If ABCF is not the owner of the requested material, the requestor shall be so notified.
D. ABCF shall maintain for its files the written request and the authorization or denial.
